Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale our experimentation efforts focused on driving direct and repeat bookings.

You will define what we test, why we test it, and how we turn results into scalable growth. You’ll work across channels and ensure that experimentation becomes a core capability of our Marketing team.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we use our CMS as a growth lever, enabling fast and effective iteration of our web experience.

Beyond running experiments, you will be responsible for translating learnings into real business impact — identifying scalable opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives through to implementation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and learning fast — and just as importantly, turning insights into tangible change at scale. You’ll work closely with CRM, Content, Design, Paid, and Product teams to continuously generate and implement learnings that improve our core business KPIs.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap to drive direct and repeat bookings across the customer journey

• Design, lead and implement cross-channel experiments (web, CRM, Paid, on-site), from hypothesis to evaluation

• Leverage and evolve the CMS to rapidly build, test, and optimize landing pages and web experiences

• Establish clear frameworks for experiment design, measurement, and decision-making

• Translate experiment results into scalable initiatives and drive their end-to-end implementation across teams

• Align and influence stakeholders, acting as project owner to ensure initiatives are executed effectively

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, Product Marketing, or similar

• Proven track record of running and scaling impactful experiments across web and marketing channels

• Strong expertise in conversion optimization, user behavior, and funnel analysis

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar), with the ability to independently build and iterate

• Solid understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution limits)

• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured experiments and actionable roadmaps

• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from insight to implementation

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with high ownership and a pragmatic, impact-focused mindset
