We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving high-impact business problems, and wants to help build the future of freight alongside the founding team. This is not a traditional strategy role. You will work directly with the founders across the company’s most important priorities — spanning go-to-market, operations, strategic projects, process design, and AI-driven workflow improvements.

For the right person, this role offers a unique path to grow quickly into senior roles across strategy, GTM, operations, product, or leadership as we scale.

Tasks

• Work directly with the founders on the company’s highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives
• Support go-to-market initiatives across sales, partnerships, positioning, and enterprise growth
• Help sharpen our category narrative as the AI-native freight forwarder
• Drive growth experiments across outbound, ICP refinement, lead generation, and funnel optimization
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations to bring customer solutions to market
• Take ownership of high-impact cross-functional projects that move the company forward
• Help design scalable internal processes, SOPs, and operating systems as we grow
• Identify bottlenecks, repetitive workflows, and opportunities for automation
• Work closely with founders and teams to design, test, and implement AI-driven workflow improvements
• Support strategic initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, and special projects
• Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving business challenges

Requirements

• Some experience in high-agency environments such as startups, consulting, venture, operations, or founder’s office roles
• Strong problem-solving ability and highly structured thinking
• Exceptional ownership mindset with strong execution skills
• Excitement about using AI, automation tools, and modern technology to improve workflows
• Curious mindset with strong business intuition
• Comfortable working with incomplete information and moving quickly
• Excellent written and verbal English (German is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ambition to grow into senior leadership or founder-level roles over time
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Strong team player with ambition to grow into leadership roles
