Founders Associate (Sales Focus)

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, early-stage AI enterprise software company as one of its first commercial hires. As Founders Associate , you'll work directly alongside the CEO across sales, operations, and company building — with a strong emphasis on driving revenue. You'll have real ownership from day one and meaningful equity upside as the business scales.

The company operates in the emerging space of AI visibility and enterprise content intelligence — helping B2B organisations ensure their brand and product knowledge surfaces as answers when customers query AI platforms. Think of it as the intersection of content strategy, SEO, and generative AI discovery.

What You'll Do

• Support and run outbound and inbound sales motions — from prospecting and qualification through to closing

• Engage directly with enterprise clients and prospects in both German and English

• Work closely with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and commercial operations

• Help build the operational foundations of the business: processes, tooling, and internal workflows

• Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and customer feedback loops

• Take on broad responsibilities typical of an early-stage generalist — no two weeks will look the same

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of full-time professional experience

• Fluent in German and English — both are used daily in client-facing and internal contexts

• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales and business development

• Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

• Prior experience at a consultancy (e.g. strategy, management, or technology consulting) or an early-stage startup

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/content technology

• Exposure to go-to-market, CRM tools, or sales operations

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation: up to €130,000, comprising a base salary plus sales-related variable pay

• Equity: 0.5–1% stake in the company

• Early employee status with direct access to founding leadership

This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany . You'll be working in-person with the founding team day-to-day.
