Join us as Customer Program Manager (m/f/x) and work with us on changing the future! Based in Munich, you will drive our expansion in the LEO, MEO, and GEO satellite markets by bridging the gap between Business Development and Production. We are looking for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can seamlessly manage multiple cross-functional programs for a global customer base.

  • Lead program execution from sale closure through delivery, ensuring all contractual requirements, budgets, and milestones are achieved.
  • Define program strategy and robust execution plans that integrate risk management, procurement, and staffing needs.
  • Manage primary customer relationships and lead stakeholder meetings to align on requirements and program advocacy.
  • Maintain financial control by overseeing budgets and utilizing SAP for order management and financial milestone tracking.
  • Direct project schedules and deliverables through weekly reconciliations and rigorous monitoring of functional progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical or programmatic risks while managing formal change requests and scope adjustments.
  • Report program status and success criteria regularly to executive leadership and customers through formal presentations

What you bring with you

  • B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct Aerospace Program Management and proposal experience, spanning large corporate and small business environments.
  • Expertise in system/sub-system integration (HW/FW/SW) and a working knowledge of aerospace certification and qualification requirements.
  • Extensive background in Satellite (ESA/Commercial), UAV, or manned aircraft communication programs across the full "concept-to-launch" lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage global suppliers and partners across diverse geographies and international customer bases.
  • Deep experience implementing PM best practices to successfully deliver programs within strict cost and budget constraints.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial/civil representatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface with executive leadership and translate complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
