Started in Lund, Sweden in 2010 as a smart counter-reaction to a frustrating parking landscape, we have grown into one of Sweden's, Germany's, and Austria's leading parking apps.

The location for this position is in Munich. You will report to the Global Head of Customer Service in Sweden.

Having recently launched a new ticketing system and built our own dedicated 1st-line team, we’re well on our way, but we still have plenty of exciting work ahead. That’s where you come in.

About the role

As Team Lead for Customer Service in Germany and Austria, you will own the operational delivery and strategic direction for our support function across internal teams and external call center partners. In this role, you will bridge our global strategy with local execution, building a scalable, high-quality support operation that earns the trust of our users and clients. By mentoring your team, optimizing smart processes, and driving growth within the German leadership team, you will ensure our customer service remains a key driver of Parkster's expansion.

You will, among other things...

• Lead, mentor, and align a rapidly growing internal team (currently 8) and an external 5-agent call center partner to operate as one unified, high-performing unit.

• Translate Parkster’s global customer service strategy into actionable local targets, setting clear goals that support rapid regional growth.

• Collaborate within the German leadership team to handle office-related topics and drive cross-functional scaling initiatives.

• Travel periodically to our HQ in Lund, Sweden, and our external call center partner in Nürnberg to maintain strong cross-border alignment.

To succeed in this role, attitude and drive are essential. We also believe you have the following qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience guiding and inspiring teams through change with trust, clarity, and high standards.

• Strong goal-setting and operational skills, with a track record of building scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

• Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Comfort and experience working with digital products and leveraging AI to optimize workflows.

• An academic degree in a relevant field.
