Sr Manager, Corporate Affairs (f/m/d)
Biogen seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs to lead the development and execution of external communications strategy for its Munich office on a hybrid basis. The role involves managing corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communications across healthcare and policy topics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated external communications plans aligned with business priorities and global strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders on corporate and healthcare topics
- Serve as senior communications advisor to affiliate leadership on strategic external approaches
- Monitor media coverage and recommend strategy enhancements
- Partner with Patient Advocacy Groups and translate patient insights into strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, sciences, or equivalent with significant communications experience
- 7+ years in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, or equivalent roles
- Experience in Pharma or Biotech industry preferred
- Strong project management and media relations skills
- Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly in writing
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and content management systems
- AI knowledge and digital media landscape awareness
