ESS COE Intern - Germany

Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're excited to welcome a curious, detail-oriented intern to our Energy Storage System (ESS) Center of Excellence (COE) team. This is your chance to get hands-on experience at the heart of one of the world's leading clean energy companies. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Translate and review technical documents released by our HQ, ensuring accuracy and clarity for our regional teams across Europe.
• Organize and coordinate technical meetings within the COE group, keeping our experts aligned and our projects moving forward.
• Support internal and external communication , including assisting with email correspondence and follow-ups across the COE team.
• Promote and support regional rectification work , helping to identify and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Manage and maintain regional product grid-connected equipment entry files , keeping our documentation structured and up to date.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and service teams to support the daily operations of the COE group.

Your profile

All right, all right - that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You have recently completed or are close to completing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Technology, or a related field.
• You bring a solid foundation in electrical systems and equipment - understanding how grid-connected technologies work is key to thriving here.
• You have some experience in a training, academic, or professional environment where attention to detail and structured thinking were essential.
• You are patient, precise, and resilient under pressure - our COE team works with complex technical content and tight timelines.
• You are comfortable working with technical documentation in both English and German, and can translate or review content with confidence.
• Language skills: German and Englisure** - our COE team works with complex technical content and tight timelines.

• Language skills: German and English at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
