Marketing Manager

Twentyfour Industries

We’re building a new marketing team at Twentyfour Industries, and you’ll be one of the first people on it. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and help decide from day one how we present ourselves as a defense-tech company.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who helps come up with ideas and then makes them happen. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing on our CI and brand narrative. The two of you develop the ideas together, and you turn them into real campaigns. You own each campaign end to end, from first plan to final results. The work is very hands-on and there isn’t much process yet. If that sounds exciting rather than daunting, you’ll fit right in.

The day-to-day

• Plan and run campaigns for product launches, recruiting, social media, events and trade shows
• Manage timelines, budgets and responsibilities so your projects stay on track
• Brief and manage agencies, photographers, video teams and freelancers
• Write copy for social media, our website, newsletters and sales materials
• Run our social media channels day to day
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, HR and our Events team
• Measure what works and use it to make the next campaign better
• Help set up the processes and tools for our new team

You should apply if you

• Have 3–5 years of marketing experience, in-house or at an agency
• Have owned campaigns yourself from start to finish
• Are a strong project manager
• Are confident managing agencies and freelancers
• Have a solid network of creatives, freelancers and production partners
• Have a good eye for design and a feel for copy, and like working toward a shared vision
• Are hands-on and stay flexible when priorities shift
• Are comfortable with Figma/Canva, Adobe, social media platforms and project management tools
• Speak excellent English (German is a plus)
• Are interested in technology and robotics

Nice to haves

• Experience in tech, hardware or defense
• Agency experience
• Experience with trade shows and live events
