Your RoleAs an AI Software Engineer (Full stack, Frontend, Backend) , you design, develop, and integrate AI‑enabled and Generative AI‑powered solutions into modern applications. You work hands‑on across the full stack while applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value. Depending on your experience, you may also lead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technical decision‑making. You collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams. Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full‑stack applicationsIntegrate Generative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI agents to support automation and improved user interaction Implement AI‑driven features using modern frameworks, APIs, and services Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high‑quality software Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code aligned with best practices Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of professional experience in software or full‑stack development Hands‑on experience using AI and Generative AI tools in application development Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI agents or AI‑powered featuresStrong experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsSolid backend/API development experience with Python, .NET Core, Node.jsExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Cosmos DB) Understanding of containers and container orchestrationExperience with Azure or other major cloud platformsSolid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practicesStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetFluency in German and English are a mandatory requirement
