We’re now hiring a Senior Account Executive to help us accelerate and conquer the DACH market, playing a key role in winning new customers and driving Voyado’s continued success in the region!

About the role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals with mid-to-large retailers across the DACH region. You’ll take the lead in developing new business, expanding our market presence, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for retail and e-commerce brands.
Some things you'd be up to
Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, both mid-market and enterprise deals.
Lead negotiations, including pricing, structure, and expansion paths.
Engage with retailers and e-commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who enjoys pursuing leads, fostering strong relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You’re an excellent communicator, persistent, and energized by closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Background:
You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with extensive experience managing the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and hunting for new business to closing high-value deals.
You have a structured, value-based approach to selling - leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to engage, influence, and drive alignment among multiple senior stakeholders.
You have experience working in a partner-dense product landscape, navigating complex ecosystems and collaborating with partners and integrations to create customer value and drive business growth.
Experience within retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
Fluency in German and professional level of English. If you're also able to communicate in Italian and/or French it is a big plus.
