FPV Drone Test Pilot & Field Test Operator

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands-on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

Strong hands-on FPV experience is non-negotiable. EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

The day-to-day

• Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes
• Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links
• Test ground control software of autonomous systems
• Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation
• Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices
• Report test results, learnings, and improvement ideas directly to the R&D team

You should apply if you

• Have strong hands-on FPV experience – building, flying, tuning, and repairing
• Are comfortable working in Betaflight or similar software
• Have a good feel for flight behaviour and practical debugging
• Work in a structured, tidy, and reliable way
• Give clear, honest feedback when something doesn't work
• Are available full-time and on-site
• Hold EU citizenship or are eligible for EU security clearance
• Drivers License class B

Nice to haves

• Basic coding or scripting experience
• Background in defense, security, or operational drone environments
