What You'll Do

BCGs Global BST Engagement Co-Op/working student will support our engagement, communications and program management across topics in the Business Services Team (BST), including key employee programs and priority HR initiatives targeting our non- consulting employees. Therefore, a confident and collaborative communicator and project manager with a desire to learn is required.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Supporting projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
• Creating presentations and materials using BCG standard PowerPoint style
• Writing content for various internal communication channels including emails, newsletters, and microsite
• Creativity and problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Data analysis and analytics (incl. Excel)
• Technical skills and interest in GenAI
• Challenging traditional thinking and pushing for better outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and organization
• Knowledge or interest in business services and global work environment
• Growth mindset; desire to learn and do, challenge and stretch within the role
• Prior work experience preferred

BCGs Global BST People Engagement team with colleagues spread across the US, and Germany! The team works to deliver communications, enablement and experience programs for our Business Services Teams.
