*The primary location of this position is Munich.*

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You lead agile and hybrid digital and web development projects, primarily in the e-commerce and automotive sectors: from conception through implementation and (international) rollout to the maintenance phase.
• You see your role as a leadership task. As a servant leader, you are a coach and mentor, ensuring trust, decision clarity, and responsibility within your international team. You foster and develop your team members, helping them identify and resolve problems and conflicts. To achieve this, you have the full support of your supervisor, who, within the framework of our values, gives you all the freedom you need for your daily work and is also available as a mentor at all times.
• Together with our clients, you identify their expectations and requirements and are responsible for achieving jointly set goals in time, budget, and quality. This includes tasks such as creating offers, determining staffing needs, project controlling and reporting, invoicing, and reviewing performance records. In this, you can rely on the operational support of our PMO, among other things.
• As an entrepreneur, you feel responsible for your project and can provide substantive advice to your customers and team members. You confidently moderate project meetings such as steering boards with our customers or sprint plannings.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have at least 5 years substantial professional experience as a project manager in software or web development in a consultant or product owner role. Experience in the e-commerce and/or automotive sector is desirable.
• Working in agile teams using Scrum and applying agile methods is familiar to you. If you also have experience in scaled agile projects (SAFe, LESS, Nexus) and in performing various agile roles, that's an advantage.
• You love what you do and transfer this passion to your team. To support you in this, we offer you the opportunity to take on exciting projects with various clients and industries.
• You bring experienced knowledge and methods from agile work and have the ability to bring together international, culturally diverse, and remotely working teams. Whether you achieve this from home or one of our offices is up to you. You don't have to worry about frequent business trips with us.
• You have fluent (at least C1) German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
