Join us on our journey: To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Brand Manager. In this role, you will manage our brand toolbox — from logos, imagery, and templates to the development of all visual and verbal brand assets. You will also play a key role in strategic initiatives to help shape a more brand-led organization and will work closely with our Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented — both internally and externally.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term

• Salary-Range: 65,000 - 75,000 EUR annual salary

• Working Mode: Office Work Setup

• Language Requirement: Business proficiency in both English and German (C1)

• Location: Munich, Germany

Your Responsibilities

Brand Management & Governance

• Maintain and further develop the Entrix brand toolbox, including guidelines, templates, logos, imagery, and other key assets.

• Ensure consistent brand application across all channels, formats, and markets.

• Develop and update brand and strategy documentation to reflect evolving company market needs.

External Partner Coordination

• Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and other brand-related service providers.

• Oversee production of printed materials, trade show booths, and other physical brand assets.

• Coordinate website projects in collaboration with external web agencies.

Internal Brand Enablement

• Conduct brand training sessions and workshops for internal teams to strengthen brand understanding and usage.

• Work with departments (e.g., People, Sales, Product) to help them apply brand consistently.

• Provide guidance on what works best in terms of brand expression for different commercial and communication purposes.

Brand as an Enabler

• Act as a brand ambassador, helping teams see how the brand can support their work and enhance their impact.

• Ensure brand assets are easy to find, up-to-date, and practical for daily use.

• Continuously gather feedback on brand tools and processes to improve usability and adoption .

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in brand management, ideally in B2B, tech, or energy-related environments.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple brand-related projects with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

• Interpersonal Skills: Able to communicate brand concepts in an engaging and practical way to diverse audiences.

What sets you apart:

• Experience rolling out a new brand within an organisation.

• Knowledge of print production and trade fair booth design processes.

• Eye for Design: Strong sense of visual identity, layout, and brand aesthetics (design software knowledge is a plus).

• Ability to translate brand strategy into practical tools and day-to-day applications for the wider organization.

• Passion for sustainability and the energy transition.

You are not a fit if...

• You prefer to work only on creative ideas without following through on implementation.

• You are not comfortable managing external agencies, designers, and other creative partners and internal stakeholder

• You find it difficult to switch between day-to-day asset coordination and long-term strategic topics.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked with different players in the energy sector, including E.ON, Bayernwerk (DSO), and BayWa r.e., and that’s when I really found my passion for the energy transition.

I was eager for a new challenge — something that would allow me to get even closer to the actual implementation side and be more hands-on with building a brand from the inside. That desire for impact, coupled with my interest in the dynamic environment of a young company, is what led me to Entrix.
