Distribution Key Account Manager - Germany

Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a role at the heart of our German distribution business, the Distribution Key Account Manager - Germany. You will be the trusted face of Sungrow for our key distribution partners, helping inverter and storage solutions reach installers all over the country.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our key distribution partners in Germany.
• Drive sales growth by developing joint account plans, forecasts and targets with each distributor.
• Turn installers into true Sungrow fans by supporting distributors with training, events and sales campaigns.
• Keep a close eye on market trends, pricing and competitor moves, and translate them into smart commercial actions.
• Spot and open up new distribution opportunities across PV, storage and EV charging.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Logistics and Service teams to give our partners a smooth, reliable experience.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, to fit this role and be happy in it for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You have a degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• You bring several years of experience in key account management or distribution sales, ideally in solar PV, energy storage or electrical wholesale.
• You have a proven track record of building partner relationships and reaching ambitious sales targets.
• You are confident in negotiations and enjoy shaping win-win agreements.
• You know the German installer and distributor landscape, or you are eager to learn it quickly.
• You communicate clearly and with energy, with German and English at C1 level; other European languages are a plus.
• You are organised, proactive and comfortable working independently and in a team, with some travel across Germany.
