Senior NetSuite Developer - ERP Integration (m/f/d)

The NetSuite Developer ensures the technical functionality, stability, and further development of the NetSuite platform and connects the ERP with surrounding e-commerce, marketing, and payment systems. The role is the central technical contact point for all NetSuite-related topics within the company.

NetSuite Development (Core oft he Role)

• Development and maintenance of SuiteScript 2.1: SuiteScripts (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlets, Client Scripts, Suitelets) for business logic, validations, and automations.
• Customization of the NetSuite environment: Custom Records, Custom Fields, Workflows, Saved Searches, Reports, and Forms according to the requirements of the business units.
• Implementation and maintenance of business processes in NetSuite, especially in the Order-to Cash and Procure-to-Pay areas.
• Performance optimization and governance in SuiteScript (Governance Units, Concurrency, Bundle Management).
• Management of releases and sandbox environments as well as participation in NetSuite upgrades. Integrations & Interfaces
• Design and implementation of interfaces between NetSuite and third-party systems (e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, marketing automation, payment providers) via REST and GraphQL APIs as well as webhooks.
• Development and operation of sync pipelines for orders, product data, inventories, and customer data – including error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitoring.
• Identification and resolution of data inconsistencies between NetSuite and connected systems, especially in the Order-to-Cash and fulfillment process. Cross-functional Tasks
• Maintenance of existing integrations, including documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of stability.
• Collaboration with business units to gather requirements, provide technical advice, and translate business processes into NetSuite-compliant solutions.
• Expansion of the integration landscape through additional cloud components, where sensible for the respective requirement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Several years of professional experience as a NetSuite Developer or in a comparable role with demonstrable NetSuite focus.
• Experience in customizing NetSuite (Custom Records, Custom Fields, Workflows, Saved Searches, Reports).
• Understanding of NetSuite standard processes, especially Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript.
• Practical experience connecting REST and GraphQL APIs as well as webhook processing.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and good understanding of business processes.
• Experience connecting e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, marketing automation, or payment platforms to NetSuite.
• Experience with AWS services (at least Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Based in Germany
