YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze and optimize pricing and availabilities based on capacity, competition, and reservation analyses
• You make autonomous decisions and take full responsibility for your market
• You engage in strategic discussions with your colleagues to address special challenges
• You proactively identify possible critical developments and initiate appropriate actions
• You act as a key interface across departments, fostering synergies
• You support the ongoing development of internal processes and reporting system

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education  You have a degree in business administration, economics, tourism management, or similar
• Experience  You have already gathered   experience in revenue management or related fields
• Analytical skills  You have a sharp analytical mindset and feel confident working with numbers and Excel
• Soft skills  You manage priorities well, especially in fast-paced or challenging situations, work in a structured, detail-oriented way and take ownership of your tasks
• Team collaboration  You collaborate effectively with others and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• Language  You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English; additional proficiency in German, and/or Spanish is a plus
