To help support our future growth as an agency, we are excited to be recruiting for a German-speaking Assistant Creative Strategist (m/f/d) based in our Munich office. The Assistant Creative Strategist in Munich will be part of a team working across departments and international offices, supporting projects for luxury clients in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Assistant Creative Strategist. The ideal candidate has first experience or strong internships in PR, creative strategy, or social media marketing, ideally within the luxury sector. This role requires a passion for creativity, curiosity for industry trends, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. The candidate should be eager to learn, support on multiple client accounts, and contribute to the development of creative ideas and presentations. Agency experience is a plus.
Amongst others, the key responsibilities of this role include:
Support the development of pitch decks, presentations, and new business materials
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through day-to-day communication
Contribute to the development of creative concepts across visual, written, and verbal formats
Support the execution of strategies aligned with clients’ visions and objectives
Assist in social media strategy development and content planning in collaboration with Account Managers
Conduct research on trends in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and tech to support strategic recommendations
Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and analysis
Collaborate across teams and support in responding to client and consumer feedback
Assist with administrative tasks, budget tracking, and workflow coordination
Stay up to date with cultural and digital trends to support innovative thinking
Contribute ideas for internal communications and social media initiatives
Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and collaborators
Key Attributes
Approx. 1-2 years experience, including internships, ideally in premium/luxury fashion, beauty & lifestyle
First client-facing experience is a plus
Full professional proficiency in German and English is required
Strong interest in social media platforms, digital trends, and the luxury landscape
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a good sense for brand aesthetics
Great communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical mindset with a willingness to develop both creative and strategic skills
Expert in powerpoint presentation, CI controlling, formatting
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative working style
