Key Account Manager Endocrinology (m/f/d) - North-West Germany
Job PurposeThe Key Account Manager’s goal is to build productive relationships with existing and potential target customers, major accounts (e.g., medical practices, hospitals), and other stakeholders (e.g., pharmacies) through effective territory management focused on diseases that can be treated with our endocrinology products.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, expand, and provide therapeutic and scientific support for the existing network of clients and KOLsSelect clients and identify potential prescribers for our product portfolioContinuously expand the client base and refine the relevant target audienceConsistently implement the company’s strategy and initiatives to ensure that goals are met while addressing the individual needs of each client and target groupDevelop account plans to support growth-oriented revenue and profit planningResponsibly allocate the assigned budget for client developmentDevelop innovative training concepts based on current client needsParticipate in conferences, sponsored events, and other meetings as opportunities for customer engagement and personal developmentEducate customers about complex diagnostic and treatment scenarios, raise awareness of rare diseases and orphan drugs, and support the development of healthcare networksComplete reporting and general administrative tasksAssist in the creation of brochures and materials for customersYour profilBachelor’s or higher degree in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical fieldAt least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; experience in the field of rare diseases or endocrinology is a plusAn established hospital network for niche products and a regional network of physicians are desirableStrong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and proactivelyStrong sales orientation, excellent communication and presentation skillsPositive attitude and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills for effective teamworkFluency in German and good command of English
