Wireless RF Testing and Measurement Technology Expert

Your mission

• Research on testing technologies in the field of wireless communications, such as 5G/6G, millimeter waves, satellite communications, IOT, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Lead the development of testing solutions, including RF performance test (EVM/TRP/TIS/adjacent channel interference), protocol conformance test, and OTA test.
• Responsible for the testing platform’s architecture design, including testing environment design (anechoic chamber, shielded chamber), selection of testing instruments, and addressing the testing challenges for future wireless products in scenarios requiring ultra-wide bandwidth, high dynamics, and low latency.
• Responsible for gaining insights into the cutting-edge technological trends in the academic field, such as AI-driven testing, virtualized testing, and multi-band collaborative measurements.

Your areas of expertise

• Master's degree or higher in a field related to antennas and radio frequency, with a strong passion for RF microwave and electromagnetic field testing.
• Work Experience: 8 years or more of work experience, and be familiar with the basic principles of at least two types of test fields (such as far-field, spherical near-field, planar near-field, cylindrical near-field, collimated field, and scattering field).
• Candidates with relevant work experience in shielded anechoic chamber design, antenna design, low-noise amplifier design, and antenna testing will be given priority.
• Familiar with various RF instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc., and proficient in at least one simulation software, such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, etc.
