About the Job
Do you have a strong sourcing, sales and account management background, and are you driven by business growth through strategic partnerships and sustainable tech? We’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager – DACH to lead sourcing operations and key customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You’ll develop sourcing strategies, secure new opportunities, and manage long-term partnerships within the circular tech sector. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help drive growth and operational excellence in the DACH region. This role reports to Head of Western Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Defining and implementing sourcing strategies tailored to large customers across the DACH region, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with vendors, sourcing partners, and strategic customers.
• Leading procurement processes such as tenders, contract negotiations, and regular business reviews with key accounts.
• Crafting customized business proposals and delivering insightful performance updates.
• Collaborating across sales, operations, and sourcing teams to ensure alignment and capitalize on market potential.
• Guaranteeing high service standards and satisfaction for our major accounts in the region.

What we expect from you

• 5–8 years of solid experience in telco/IT industry.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and executing sourcing or account management strategies.
• Proven experience in managing complex tenders, negotiations, and enterprise agreements.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, structured, and confident in presenting business proposals and performance insights.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to other Foxway locations as needed.
