Deine Aufgaben

Value Creation is not a side show at UVC Partners. We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us to work within our Value Creation team to open doors for our startups they couldn’t open alone. What you will contribute, starting in week two:

• Sales Enablement – You will support our founders directly with business development topics. You research who holds the budget inside a target corporate, find the path there through our network, and write the intro email
• Corporate Partnerships – You prepare sessions with our industrial partners, join the room, and document what comes out of them. You will be talking to people twenty years your senior
• Knowledge Management – Our founders ask the same questions again and again (pricing, first sales hires, KPI reporting). You own your own topic streams and turn them into something a founder can apply in ten minutes
• Data Management – Our Salesforce is the memory of the fund. You keep it clean and build the analyses and AI-supported workflows that save the team hours with Claude and Notion

1. Pick one of our portfolio companies and name a concrete target customer for them. Which company, which role
inside it, and how would you get to that person? Three or four sentences are enough.
2. Which technological development interests you most right now – and what speaks against it? We want the
counterargument as much as the enthusiasm.
3. Which book would you give a founder in their first month, and why? No obligatory business classics. An honest
answer beats an impressive one.

Dein Profil

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program with excellent results at a top-tier university - We are open to all types of educational backgrounds (e.g., engineering, science, business, finance, etc.)
• You have previously worked in a fast-paced environment (startups, VC/PE, consulting, or similar)
• You bring hands-on experience with AI tools; first experience working with Salesforce is also a plus
• You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation
• You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative - a true team player
• You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self-starter and growth mindset
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
• You are available for this position either full-time for 5–6 months or part-time (20h/week) for at least 12 months
