The role and what you will work on
You are not a scheduling assistant. You contribute to building the team that builds ALAIKA.
- End-to-End Recruiting: Own parts of the full recruiting cycle — from crafting job profiles and posting ads to supporting screening, structured interviews, and onboarding. You touch every stage.
- Active Sourcing: Help build and run sourcing across LinkedIn and beyond. Find candidates who aren't looking. Learn what a real sourcing engine feels like from the inside.
- Process & Automation: Support the design of hiring workflows — ATS setup, AI-assisted screening, structured interview processes.
- University & Partnerships: Help open doors to top universities. Build and maintain relationships with emerging talent.
- ALAIKA Ambassador: You are one of the first faces candidates see. Represent our values, energy, and ambition. Make it count.
- Employer Branding: Support ALAIKA's presence in the market — career events, university outreach, social media. Shape how the world sees us.

Required Qualifications
- Background: Currently studying or about to graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Minimum 4th Bachelor semester.
- Relevant Experience: You have gained initial exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences.
- Performance Mindset: You know what it takes to win, what losing teaches and how to keep improving. We value people with high aspirations, grit, and the ability to learn faster than the environment changes — whether shaped through competitive sports, entrepreneurship, leadership roles, or other high-performance environments.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
