German Speaking Mergers and Acquisitions Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role & Mission We bridge healthcare and technology to transform primary care in Germany. By integrating AI-powered software and streamlined operational processes into medical practices, we enable doctors to dedicate more time to direct patient care.

In this role, you will lead our national expansion by sourcing, negotiating, and closing acquisitions of top-tier GP practices ( Hausarztpraxen ) and outpatient clinic networks ( MVZs ). You will manage the entire M&A lifecycle—from initial outreach to deal closure—while establishing strong trust with selling physicians and key market players.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Deal Leadership: Own buy-side transactions nationwide (primarily working with warm leads), leading negotiations from initial contact to final signing.
• Due Diligence & Transaction Management: Coordinate external legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure smooth due diligence and contract execution.
• Financial Analysis & Valuation: Collaborate with internal finance teams to create comprehensive business cases and valuation frameworks.
• Relationship Management: Develop high-trust, professional relationships with practice owners, brokers, and industry partners.
• Executive Presentations: Draft transaction memos and present strategic investment opportunities directly to the C-suite and Board.

Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3–4+ years in M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Consulting, or a high-growth tech company.
• Education: Master's degree (M.Sc., M.A., MBA, or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Execution & Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and achieve closing targets. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Languages: Native or fluent C1+ German (essential) and fluent English.
• Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence to connect effectively with physician practice owners, balanced with sharp quantitative analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct experience executing healthcare transactions in Germany (particularly involving MVZs or GP practices).
