Junior Buyer (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Buyer, you will join a high-performing team to acquire, onboard, and manage brand partners within Westwing's Kitchen & Dining category. You will take ownership of your own brand portfolio, support product selection tasks, and manage performance KPIs. Working closely with the Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Campaign teams, you will help bring creative solutions and commercial strategies to life. Your role includes managing and developing existing brand partners, acquiring and onboarding new brands, tracking market trends, and providing administrative support. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new brand partners, continuously expanding the category assortment in line with market trends and customer needs
• Manage a portfolio of brands within the Kitchen & Dining category, ensuring strong commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities, utilising AI and automation where applicable
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with brand partners, supporting the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, and fostering strategic alignment to drive mutual business success
• Collaborate closely with Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Campaign teams to support commercial objectives and execute successful brand and category activities

YOU COME WITH

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant field
• Experience in Buying, Category Management, or Account Management in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical thinking and commercial understanding, with strong negotiation potential
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English
• A proactive, hands-on attitude paired with a collaborative mindset
• Sense for trends, consumer behavior, and brands within the Home & Living industry
