Currently, there are more than 2000 employees globally.As the Flash Regional Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging, nurturing, and expanding a robust ecosystem partner network. This position requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, deep industry knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to strengthen GigaDevice’s presence in key semiconductor market segments, including automotive, industrial, IoT, and communications.Job Location: Europe, Germany preferredJob Responsibilities:Build and expand the ecosystem partner network in the region to deliver system-level solutions incorporating flash products.Research regional market trends, customer applications, and emerging technologies to identify focus segments and growth opportunities.Conduct competitor analysis.Develop product collateral and marketing materials to support regional promotions, training sessions, trade shows, and workshops.Collaborate with product teams to support new product definition with application-specific insights.Drive customer development initiatives to strengthen relationships and expand market share.Work Hours & Benefits: The company provides flexible work hours and home office arrangements. The HR department is enhancing its support for overseas employees to make it a more welcoming environment to work in.Skills and qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductors, or a related field.Knowledge and/or experience with flash products and automotive applications is a strong plus.Minimum of 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German, Chinese, or other European languages is an advantage.Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region and internationally.
