Are you ready?Your roleYou will support and advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value appreciation, target screening, exit planning) and portfolio optimization.You will work on deals and transactions across a variety of sectors and with an international reference.You will collaborate with your team to develop the equity story, examine investment hypotheses, prepare market models, and validate the business plan.As part of your role, you will be in direct contact with clients and experts.You are committed to promoting our services: you will contribute to company-internal issues, e.g., to university recruiting or the bottom-up group.Your profileYou have bagged an excellent master’s degree, ideally in Business Admin or another degree subject.You already possess hands-on experience in private equity, corporate finance or in a consulting environment.You have an analytical mind, work in a structured manner and have an excellent understanding of business contexts.You value teamwork, and your thinking is strategic and entrepreneurial.You are fluent in German, English and business lingo.Your path has already led you abroad.You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.Your benefitsImpact: You’ll get plenty of creative freedom to let your ideas unfold, and you’ll take on responsibility from Day 1.Career Plus: Management consulting is your discipline – and on top of that, you’ll get insights into corporate finance.
