Our Social Media Communications team at the BMW Group shapes MINI's global social media presence and brings the brand to life across digital channels. We believe in sharing knowledge and passion, giving students the chance to contribute their own ideas and take on responsibility. During your internship, you will gain valuable insights into global brand communication, content creation and social media strategy.

What awaits you?

• You support the planning, creation and coordination of global social media content across MINI's international channels.
• Furthermore, you help develop content ideas and creative concepts for MINI's international channels.
• In addition, you contribute to community and trend monitoring, identifying relevant social media developments and best practices.
• Moreover, you support performance reporting and social media analytics.
• Here, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within MINI Marketing and Communications.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Management or a related field.
• Passion for social media, digital communication and storytelling, combined with strong interest in brands and emerging digital trends.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok or YouTube) as well as basic photography, videography or editing skills are an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with affinity for social media performance metrics and reporting.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, combined with creative thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to proactively support tasks and collaborate within international teams; valid driver's license (Class B) is an advantage.
• Excellent English language skills.
