Senior Landscape Architect (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead the design and planning of outdoor spaces, ensuring that projects are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative landscape solutions that enhance both natural and built environments.

Your expertise in horticulture, design principles, and project management will be essential in delivering high-quality landscape architecture services.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design projects from concept through to completion, including site analysis, design development, and detailing.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and expectations.
• Conduct site assessments and environmental analyses to inform design decisions, utilizing sustainable practices and materials.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, reports, and documentation for regulatory approvals and client reviews.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and other team members, providing support and sharing expertise.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types.
• Proven experience managing complex landscape projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainable practices, horticultural science, and landscape design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local and regional landscape architecture principles and trends in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
