With klaricore , we have developed our own enterprise SaaS platform that brings together service reporting, KPI management, service level management and business intelligence in a single solution. As our customer base grows and new opportunities emerge around AI, automation and integrations, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to help shape the future of the platform.


As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with customers, Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing and Sales to ensure we focus on the right product initiatives and deliver measurable value. You will take ownership of the roadmap, translate customer and market needs into product strategy, and help drive the continued evolution of klaricore .

Deine Aufgaben

• Own and continuously develop the klaricore product roadmap, balancing customer requirements, commercial priorities and long-term platform development
• Work directly with enterprise customers as a Trusted Advisor (m/f/d), understanding their challenges, shaping product discussions and identifying opportunities that create value across the wider customer base
• Decide which customer and market requirements should be prioritized and translated into standard product capabilities
• Work closely with Engineering, UX and Architecture to define priorities and turn product ideas into practical solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define positioning, support go-to-market activities and ensure customers understand the value of new product capabilities
• Partner with Professional Services to identify recurring customer requirements and convert them into reusable product functionality
• Support strategic customer engagements, product demonstrations and major sales opportunities
• Help shape the future of klaricore in areas such as AI, integrations, APIs and data-driven capabilities
• Work across Product, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services to ensure clear priorities, successful delivery and measurable customer value

Dein Profil

• You are based in Germany, Austria or the United Kingdom and are willing to travel occasionally to customers and our offices in Germany and the UK
• At least five years of experience in Product Management within enterprise SaaS or another complex software environment
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating business requirements into scalable product capabilities
• Strong experience in product roadmap ownership, prioritization and stakeholder management
• You don't need to be an architect or engineer, but you do need enough technical understanding to have credible conversations around APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms and enterprise software architecture
• Experience in areas such as AI-enabled products, enterprise integrations, data platforms, Service Level Management, Observability, IT Operations or IT Service Management, as well as familiarity with platforms such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Splunk, Broadcom BSI or Apptio Digital Fuel, would be a plus
• Ability to balance customer, commercial and technical priorities and make pragmatic product decisions
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers, Engineering and other business stakeholders
