As our Service Manager (m/f/d) Modern Workplace you will own and continuously improve TecAlliance’s Modern Workplace services with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM and Microsoft 365. You will ensure secure, standardized and user-centric workplace capabilities that improve productivity, compliance and operational efficiency across Corporate IT. The position is on full-time basis, with a workload of 40 hours per week.

Main Tasks:

• Own and develop Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM and related Modern Workplace services.

• Design, implement and optimize device configuration, compliance, app deployment and lifecycle management.

• Manage and govern Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.

• Support IT Security with secure configurations, security baselines and Conditional Access policies.

• Evaluate, test and introduce new Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace capabilities.

• Drive automation for device onboarding, application deployment and recurring operational tasks.

• Act as main contact for Modern Workplace topics across IT and business units.

• Provide 3rd-level expertise, guidance and documentation for operational teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification / professional experience.

• Several years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, including device configuration, compliance and app deployment.

• Deep Microsoft 365 knowledge across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online / Outlook.

• Deep practical experience with MDM/MAM concepts and device management for Windows, iOS and Android.

• Strong experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, compliance policies and security-related workplace configurations.

• Expert experience in service ownership, governance, 3rd-level support and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102 or SC-300 would be a plus.

• Business fluent (B2 level or higher) German and English language skills; any additional language would be a plus.

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency/flexibility:

Hybrid Remote: depending on proximity to our office(s) you can work remotely within Germany or in hybrid mode with some office presence; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

‍ Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.

Vacation: 30 days a year.
