As a product manager with a focus on digitization, you are responsible for an independent feature or product such as digital account check or automated document processing together with an agile, interdisciplinary feature team (product management, developers, data scientists, testers) and the product owner.RequirementsWell-completed university studies with an economic or technical orientation, e.g. business informatics or business administrationProficient in German (C1-C2) and EnglishStrong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high quality awarenessNice to have:First professional experience or internships in the e-commerce/online sectorExperience with one or more of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, UXPin, Trello, Miro, SQL, QlikSenseYour tasks include:Lead and implement innovative digital features for our client's financial comparisons, covering processes, bank interfaces, offer selection, and other functionalities.Analyze user data, backend tools, and process runtimes to identify improvements, such as new query logic for interfaces.Continuously improve work processes and propose optimizations in collaboration with fintech service providers, particularly in areas like video verification.Develop features for automating document analysis, such as salary statements and account statements, while optimizing OCR/text recognition tools.Prioritize and manage agile projects to ensure rapid implementation by the IT team.Conduct regular quality assurance and testing to ensure flawless functionality for customers.Contribute to the product strategy for the digital domain through close collaboration with management, development teams, and other product teams.BenefitsModern working: 3 days at the office and 2 days at home.
