Your Responsibilities

• Full operational and financial responsibility for the branch

• Preparation and processing of bids, tenders, and change order calculations

• Management of project execution from planning through delivery and quality control

• Leadership, development, and supervision of the branch team

• Acquisition and retention of customers, along with the expansion of client relationships

• Continuous optimization of internal workflows, resource allocation, and equipment usage

• Strategic and operational project management across various construction phases

• Oversight of project planning, budgeting, and resource management

• Practical knowledge of cost estimation and contract management processes

Your Profile

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• Proven experience in project management and/or leading a team in the construction industry

• Solid understanding of construction regulations, costing, and contractual frameworks

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of decision-making confidence
