We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

Your mission

We’re looking for our founding Marketing team member building revel8's inbound engine from the ground up. Today, most of our pipeline comes from outbound - in a few months that should look different, because you decided where we play, where we deliberately don't, and turned that into qualified leads and revenue. In your first 6–12 months, you will have launched our first paid acquisition channels, run conversion experiments, and built a demand gen playbook that scales with us. You own the strategy, the execution, and the numbers.

• Build our Inbound Machine: You decide where we play and where we don't, across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, content, and partnerships. You turn those bets into a predictable inbound pipeline for DACH and beyond. You own pipeline volume, quality, and contribution to ARR.
• Growth Funnel & Pipeline Generation: You plan, run, and optimize our multi-channel campaigns with a sharp focus on MQLs/SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI, including budgeting, forecasting, and continuous experimentation across channels and markets.
• Landing Pages & Conversion Funnels: You create and optimize targeted landing pages, test messaging, content, and CTAs, and hunt down funnel leaks to lift conversion rates end-to-end.
• AI & Automation: You design scalable automation across our marketing stack, connecting tools, data, and workflows. You own the Marketing tech landscape, and bring in AI-powered solutions wherever they make us faster, sharper, or measurably better.
• Sales Partnership & ABM: You work hand-in-hand with Sales to refine ICP and personas, build playbooks, support target account strategies, and run campaigns that move real opportunities through the buyer journey.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• Recently graduated from Business School, Marketing, or a related field; or bring 1–2 years of first marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, startup, or consulting environment.
• Have a strong hands-on mentality. You execute, you don't just plan, and you'd rather ship a rough V1 than perfect a slide.
• Think in numbers like CAC, CPL, MQL/SQL, conversion rate, ROI… these are the metrics you reach for first, and you enjoy building the dashboards and tracking that make them visible.
• Are AI-native and experiment with tools like Claude, make, or HubSpot AI features. You instinctively automate so you can focus on the work that compounds.
• Can empathize with our target audience, translate their pain points into sharp messaging, and combine data with creative storytelling.
• Bring curiosity and learning agility. You'll be building something new. We don't expect you to know every channel from day one, but we do expect you to figure it out fast.
• Communicate clearly in English (C1+) and German (native), written and spoken, and collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• First exposure to B2B SaaS demand gen, content marketing and ABM
• A background or genuine interest in cybersecurity, AI, or another tech-heavy space
