Sales Manager (f/m/x) Southern Germany

- Managing key accounts and acting as a point of contact for clients
- Identifying, acquiring and developing new business opportunities within the German market
- Representing MADx at conferences, congresses and industry events
- Organizing client meetings to discuss their requirements and present our solutions
- Timely resolving problems and handling complaints
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches, market trends and competitor activities
- Monitoring and reporting sales performance
- Establishing best practices and providing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Education in a scientific or commercial field
- Residency in Germany, preferably in Southern Germany, with readiness to travel around the assigned territory
- Experience as Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or laboratory industry, preferably in the field of allergology
- Experience in business development and customer acquisition
- Enthusiasm for solving client-related matters, accuracy and an innovative mindset
- Proactive mindset and a team player
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of German and English
