Enterprise Account Executive (CRM/BPM)

Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS company. Greenfield territory, hunter-first motion, full-cycle ownership from day one.

The platform sits at the intersection of CRM, workflow automation, BPM, and no-code application development. Every deal requires alignment across both an IT/architecture buyer and a business/operations buyer. Navigating and closing multi-stakeholder environments is the core of this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across a greenfield territory - prospecting through close

• Build self-sourced pipeline through outbound, cold calling, events, and partner channels

• Engage CIOs, CTOs, COOs, VP Operations, and IT Architecture stakeholders simultaneously

• Build executive relationships and internal champions within target accounts

• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify, forecast, and manage pipeline discipline

• Manage $125K–$500K+ ACV deals across 3-9 month cycles

• Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success

• Meet and exceed a $1M+ annual quota

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales

• 100%+ quota attainment track record - President's Club preferred

• Background in one or more of the following:

  • CRM and customer experience platforms

  • Workflow automation, BPM, or process orchestration

  • iPaaS and integration platforms

  • RPA and intelligent document processing

  • No-code or low-code development platforms

  • CPQ, CLM, or contract lifecycle management

  • Process mining

  • ECM or content services with workflow

  • EAM or CMMS platforms

• Proven experience selling to both IT/architecture and business/operations buyers in the same deal

• MEDDIC / MEDDICC / MEDDPICC trained - MEDDPICC preferred

• 70%+ self-sourced pipeline

• Active AE or Senior AE individual contributor

• Native or fluent German (C1 minimum)

• Willing to travel 20-40%
