Tasks

Depending on your date of entry you will work on some of the following key areas:

Finance & Reporting:

• Support financial reporting for internal updates and investor presentations.
• Build and refine automated digital processes around financials.
• Collaborate on preparatory bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with the yearly financial audit alongside our founding team and tax advisors.
• Conduct ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) alongside our investors.

Asset Management:

• Help onboard new team members by managing equipment procurement and allocation.
• Keep track of company assets (e.g., cars, equipment) and ensure cost efficiency.

Payroll and Insurance:

• Partner with our payroll provider to ensure a system for timely salary and bonus payments.
• Assist in managing corporate insurance processes, including renewals and claims.

Specifc Projects:

• Organize and maintain key documents and records.
• Streamline internal processes for maximum efficiency.
• Work with the leadership team on other legal and operational projects.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in working with numbers and/or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with an eagle eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Availability for at least 4 months.
• Based in Munich and fluent in German (C1+).
