What you'll do

• Support the global governance and administration of HubSpot across markets and teams

• Assist in maintaining standardised processes, structures, and usage guidelines within HubSpot

• Help monitor campaign execution through asset creation, campaign set-up, and performance reporting

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across contact, company, and lifecycle data

• Support documentation, stakeholder coordination, and the communication of HubSpot standards and best practices

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field

• Strong interest in marketing automation, digital transformation and organisational development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, while German is optional

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Marketing Hub and experience in project management are a plus
