What you do

• Develop & optimize our IoT load management solution that intelligently manages EV fleet charging (and discharging) .
• Enhance system reliability, scalability, observability and cost-efficiency of our IoT and development infrastructure .
• Implement microservices using Python and Rust.
• Continuously improve software development practices, ensuring highest security and quality standards.
• Embrace the DevOps mindset: you build it, you ship it, you run it!

Who you are

• Strong expertise in Python & Rust.
• Expertise in solvers for numerical optimization .
• Familiar with software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Passionate about energy tech and EV charging .
• Fluent in English, written & spoken .

The whole thing started 15 years ago with a simple idea from our founder Thomas Raffeiner: What if idle electric cars could be used as mobile storage units? And make their potential available to the energy industry with its growing storage requirements? The idea for The Mobility House was born.
