Solutions Development Architect

Meet the TeamIn this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions, including working with Sales team, CX CTO and our Deal Acceleration Team to progress opportunities to closure with minimal friction. You will work with internal/external partners, including ecosystem partners, to help ensure comprehensive and scalable technology implementations can be realized.Your ImpactHelp to identify growth opportunities, aligning activities with Service Sales teams for Cisco's Lifecycle selling and transformational opportunitiesInfluence the shaping of future solutions by contributing to the architecture used across multiple products or systemsCo-lead the pre-sales solution architecture and introduce the overall technical vision for a particular solution.Lead CX RFP/RFIs for your selected accountsBuild, evaluate and implement plans and design proposals for high impact solutions; consider key factors such as their long-term effectiveness (service delivery and cost), practicality, technical limitations and criticalityDemonstrate a cross-architecture approach in solutions development with mid to high level technical expertise to create journey maps and multi-year roadmapsFocus on pre-sales architecture activities and ensuring a follow-thru with post-sales architects; Become the bridge to ensure the scoped solution is deliveredMinimum QualificationsConsultative selling and delivery experience building solutions and aligning them to the customer's desired business outcomes.Knowledge of Professional Services business with Delivery background working with strategic customers.Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills to simplify conveying the value of underlying sophisticated solutionsDirect customer pre-sales experience or previous business development experienceCCNA certification or equivalent, or relevant industry experienceFluent in German and English (both written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of automation (Infra-/network as Code approach) and cloud market (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Container Orchestration and Management)Good understanding of Security market, Security frameworks / standards and experience in selling security solutionsONEx Technology Blue Belt or similar technical certification or equivalent skillsBenefits in GermanyFlexible & Hybrid Work Model to support work-life balanceCompetitive Compensation & Rewards, including Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)Comprehensive Health & Insurance Benefits and company pension planGenerous Paid Time Off, including company-wide wellness days (Days for Me), paid parental leave, and paid volunteer time (Time2Give)Continuous Learning & Development, including sponsorship for industry certificationsWhy Cisco?
