Technical Cooperation Manager for University collaborations (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Strategic collaboration between Huawei and universities

  • Insight into local science and technology development and university strategies

  • University strategic planning collaboration

  • Strategy alignment and execution

• Academic Environment Construction and Management

  • Unify Huawei's brand and contact person in universities

  • Guide academic development direction

  • Develop innovative cooperation mechanisms and models:

  • Ensure that cooperation activities comply with laws and regulations:

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of German Academic Research Mechanism and Enterprise Research & Development Mechanism.

• Broad experience of University-Enterprise Cooperation, Familiar with Core Concepts and Key Links of University-Enterprise Cooperation.

• Experienced with team management.

• Experienced with Interpersonal and high-level social, Experience in handling PR crises.

• Knowledge of intellectual property rights and export control laws.

• Fluent in written and spoken German & English.
