**Position Summary** Workplace Solutions is the backbone of Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH. We work to keep the workplace comfortable, reliable, and productive, so that every colleague can focus on what matters most – developing the next generation of semiconductor technologies. As a core member of our Workplace Solutions team, you would mainly focus on ensuring smooth, cost-effective fleet operations while coordinating closely with the outsourcing partner and handling all lease related processes. You would also take a small part in ensuring a safe, well-functioning rented office space through hands on building management and collaboration with property teams, among other things. Please note that this is a fixed term contract of 14 months. **Role and Responsibilities** * Fleet: lead day to day fleet operations in partnership with the external service provider * Oversee internal back-end processes for new vehicle contracts (configuration guidance, quotation comparison, contract sign off) and lifecycle (pre-booked cost postings, temporary mobility, compliance, budgets) * Summarizing information coordination related to payroll, damages, fines and regulatory items like FSK (driving license check, performed by external service partner) and UVV training (also external s.p.) * Building Services: oversee daily building issues in rented space, working with facility and property management. * Support facility projects like office space reorganizations or building enhancements, in close cooperation with service partners * Any other ad hoc requests together with your team **Skills and Qualifications** * Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is desired * Valid German Class B driving license (held ≥ 3 years). * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management, or a recognized Business Professional qualification (CCI / IHK). * Business fluent English (minimum B2) and German (minimum B2) * Proven customer complaint handling experience. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * Good knowledge of technical planning tools (e.g., Visio) – preferred. * Basic financial literacy (ledger, cost elements, cost center, creditor/debtor) round up your profile * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities with a great can-do attitude Be a part of innovation that makes a real difference in the lives of millions of people worldwide! **What We Offer** Samsung is a global leader in technology, opening new possibilities for people everywhere.
