To learn more about them, you can find our values here (English).Job DescriptionLead the strategic direction and growth of our Application Framework team within the Core Tribe whose mission is to empower Engineers to build disruptive financial products by doing foundational work providing re-usable components, implementing critical improvement and supporting other teams by identifying technological opportunities, producing knowledge and sharing best practices. The Application Framework Team focuses on providing and maintaining ready to use, secure, up to date and quality assured application templates/reference implementations, best practices as well as integrations based on the most commonly used frameworks and architecture components in Scalable to make sure our application teams can deliver and maintain their services with least effort. Scalable Capital was built in the cloud from day one. Our services currently run on various AWS services like ECS, Fargate and Lambda and are distributed across multiple accounts. We embrace a DevOps culture where the development teams manage their CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for their services themself.
