Aufgaben

Your Mission

As a Project Development Analyst (Agri-PV & Battery Storage) , you will work directly with our founders and take on a critical role in transforming land into productive, future-proof energy infrastructure. You’ll support the development of Agri-PV parks, large-scale battery storage systems (BESS), and hybrid energy assets from land acquisition through to Baugenehmigung and handover to construction.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technical planning, stakeholder management, and regulatory navigation. You will collaborate with internal and external partners—including landowners, municipalities, planning offices, agronomists, and legal experts—to drive projects forward, eliminate bottlenecks early, and maximize the value of each site. We aim to outperform the standard 2-year timeline and set new benchmarks in efficient, high-integrity project execution.

• End-to-End Project Development: Drive Agri-PV and BESS projects from secured land to Baugenehmigung or turnkey status, coordinating with municipalities, planning offices, grid operators, and internal teams.
• Stakeholder & Regulatory Management: Act as the central contact for external stakeholders—incl. Gemeinden, Landwirtschaftskammern, Behörden—and steer all planning and permitting processes (baurechtliche Verfahren), public acceptance strategies, and formal approvals.
• Dual-Use & Agricultural Integration: Assess and plan for Doppelnutzung (e.g. Ackerbau, Tierhaltung), working closely with agronomists and landowners to embed agricultural operations into the PV site layout and lifecycle.
• Project Controls & Process Optimization: Monitor budgets, timelines, and milestones, manage service providers (planners, legal, agronomy), and contribute to playbooks and policy feedback to accelerate permitting and reduce project risk.
• Strategic Expansion & Market Positioning: Support site identification and grid feasibility reviews, help shape our presence at events and conferences, and strengthen Feldwerke’s positioning as a leader in Agri-PV and efficient project delivery.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
• You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
• You are highly motivated by renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to engage people in an outgoing and authentic way.
• You are fluent in German (English is a plus).
