SEO Manager (DACH Market)

Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager (m/f/d) to lead the organic/ai growth strategy for the DACH region . You’ll join an international SEO team of three SEO Managers, leading by a Head of SEO with 13+ years of experience.
Your mission : drive visibility, traffic, and qualified leads through data-driven SEO/AI strategies tailored to the German market.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the SEO/AI strategy for the DACH market (on-page, off-page & technical)
• Perform keyword research , competitor analysis, and SERP landscape reviews to identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with content, product, and growth teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels
• Create and optimize content briefs to target user intent and boost conversions
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ganalytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Participate in global SEO projects and knowledge sharing within the team

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SEO Manager , ideally in an agency or SaaS environment
• Fluent in German is mandatory
• Polish is a strong plus
• Proven expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics
• Proficiency with major SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
