Lead and coordinate a high-performance manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules
- Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team on the shop floor
- Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements
- Create and manage shift schedules
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Lead shift handovers and daily shop floor meetings
- Track production KPIs and escalate operational issues where necessary
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Identify training needs and help develop a flexible, cross-trained team
- Stop production processes in case of quality deviations or safety risks
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations
- Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments
- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
- Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing is advantageous
