Your mission

We're starting our international expansion and Italy is one of our first markets. As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle: from first conversation to signed deal. You are the person who turns a brand-new market into real revenue, building revel8's presence in Italy from the ground up and closing the deals that prove we belong there.

How your day-to-day will look like:

• Own the Full Cycle: You run the sales process end to end in Italy: Qualifying opportunities, running discovery, giving demos, handling objections, and closing. You take real ownership of your pipeline and your number.
• Close New Business: You turn qualified opportunities into signed customers, negotiating with decision-makers and navigating Italy-specific buying dynamics to bring deals over the line.
• Build the Italy Playbook: You are early enough to shape how we sell here. You test messaging, refine our approach to local buyers, and feed what works back into a repeatable playbook for the market.
• Represent revel8: You are the face of our company in Italy, at customer calls, webinars, and events. You understand the specific needs of local clients and channel those insights directly into our product and global growth.
• Work Cross-Functionally: You partner closely with our GTM, marketing, and product teams to keep your pipeline healthy and to make sure the Italy voice is heard across the company.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• have a completed Bachelor or Master degree, whether in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another field that sharpened your analytical thinking and drive. We welcome diverse backgrounds; what matters most is what you bring to the role, not the exact subject on your diploma.
• You have 1-2 years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals in the Italian market. What matters to us is that you've owned deals and carried a quota, not the exact title you held.
• are a confident cold caller & closer: You're comfortable running the full sales cycle, negotiating with decision-makers, and asking for the deal.
• are a motivated, goal-oriented self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and thrive with real ownership. Ambitious targets energize you rather than scare you.
• are curious & adaptable: You love opening up something new, challenging the status quo, and finding what works in an unproven market.
• are excited about cybersecurity & AI: You're curious about how AI is transforming the security space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
• are tech-savvy: You're comfortable with modern sales tooling (Hubspot, outreach, automation) and happy to build scalable processes as we grow.
• are a Italian mother-tongue speaker and fluent in English: You communicate confidently with local clients and stakeholders as well as with our team. German is a plus.

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius , we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
