Inviting applications for the role of Business Consultant- Supply Chain Management – Consultant - English

In this role, you will support global clients in designing and implementing Celonis solutions across Supply Chain planning and execution. You will work closely with senior consultants and business architects, contributing to use-case delivery, analysis, and value realization while developing your skills in process design, client interaction, and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain process discovery activities to help identify pain points, root causes, and improvement opportunities

• Contribute to the design of Celonis Supply Chain use cases, translating business questions into analyses, KPIs, and dashboards

• Implement and configure Celonis components under guidance, including data validation, analysis building, and testing

• Support use cases from build to value realization, helping ensure insights are understood and actionable

• Execute assigned project tasks, supporting delivery tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination

• Assist in value tracking and reporting, linking Celonis KPIs to operational outcomes

• Prepare and support trainings, enablement sessions, and client walkthroughs

• Support pre-sales and demo activities, contributing analyses, data stories, and solution explanations

• Contribute to reusable assets and productized Supply Chain use cases under senior guidance

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Initial experience in Supply Chain operations, planning, analytics, or consulting (internship or first professional role)

• Exposure to Celonis , process mining, or process analytics tools through projects, coursework, or training

• Basic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes

• Strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset

• Ability to clearly communicate findings and questions to both technical and business stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL knowledge is a plus

• Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Engineering, Business, or Information Systems

• Hands-on experience with Celonis product suite in a project, thesis, or training environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Supply Chain data structures

• Interest in process improvement, value realization, and consulting delivery

• Willingness to learn client facilitation, training delivery, and solution storytelling
