As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Chief of Staff who can act as a force multiplier for our CEO. You will be at the heart of our operations, turning ambiguity into actionable strategy and ensuring that our most critical initiatives cross the finish line. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on structure, understands the nuance of scaling a business, and values precision as much as speed.

Your Tasks:

  • Act as a strategic proxy: Represent the CEO and the executive team in key meetings, making judgment calls on high-stakes initiatives and escalating only when necessary.
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Take end-to-end ownership of critical projects, ensuring that initiatives move from problem definition to successful implementation without relying solely on delegation.
  • Elevate financial and operational rigor: Prepare board materials and investor updates, actively interrogating data and financial models to ensure accuracy and strategic clarity before they reach stakeholders.
  • Foster accountability: Maintain momentum across the organization by holding teams accountable to deadlines and outcomes, balancing firm expectations with a collaborative, constructive approach.
  • Structure the ambiguous: Quickly synthesize messy, complex situations into clear frameworks, memos, and decision papers that allow the leadership team to move with speed.
  • Enable communication: Act as a communication hub, translating complex updates and sensitive information into the appropriate register for diverse audiences, from the senior leadership team to the entire company.

Your Profil:

  • Professional experience: You bring 2–4 years of high-impact professional experience, ideally within a scaling company where you directly owned outcomes rather than just advising.
  • Financial and analytical literacy: You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of building complex models and decks independently, and you treat financial data as a vital pulse of the business.
  • Language mastery: You possess native-level fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) and can operate seamlessly across both in board meetings and internal communications.
  • CEO leverage mindset: You understand that your value lies in your ability to exercise independent judgment, protect the CEO’s time, and handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Constructive persistence: You have a reputation for getting things done by pushing projects forward against internal resistance, all while maintaining strong, positive relationships across the organization.
  • AI-augmented workflow: You actively integrate AI tooling into your daily processes, not just as an enthusiast, but as a practitioner who has built or adapted workflows to increase your personal and team efficiency.
