Working Student Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

Your Role

We're looking for a Working Student Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) to help us accelerate the energy transition with smarter, more sustainable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gainhands-on experience inFinance and Accounting, work on real projects, and contribute to a greener world!

Your mission

Invoice verification:

• Checking incoming invoices.
• Support with invoicing. Posting business transactions:
• Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Support with asset accounting. Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements:
• Preparation of postings.
• Assistance for the tax advisor or internal accounting department. Document management:
• Filing, digitization, and archiving of accounting documents. Support with tax issues:
• Assistance with advance sales tax returns.
• Collecting receipts for tax returns or tax audits. Additional tasks/challenges:
• Project support (funding and subsidies).
• Process optimization (purchase process, automation in ERP Odoo).
• Communication with other departments or external partners (e.g., suppliers).

Your profile

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is persistent and remains curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and enjoy lifelong learning.

You possess roughly the following experience and qualifications:

• You are studying business administration, finance/accounting or a comparable field and live in Munich.
• Analytical skills, accounting fundamentals, basic grasp of databases and affinity for numbers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, as well as strong communication skills with a sense of business humour.
• German language skills at least B2. You describe yourself as:
• Structured thinker and detail-oriented team player with the motivation to work proactively.
• You value a high level of structure, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Love to work in a highly disciplinary and multicultural team.
